Job Description

This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves providing exceptional customer experiences in the stockroom. As a Store Stock Person, you will play a critical part in maintaining an efficient and well-organized stockroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Success:
    • Supports leadership team to achieve sales, membership, expenditure, targets.
    • Ensures accountability for store performance by maximizing resources and executes processes to drive profitability.
    • Seeks opportunities to build relationships and partner with other entities to enhance exposure positively impacting net sales and brand equity.
  • Operations:
    • Collaborates with Assistant Store Manager - Back Of House to secure compliant Back Of House and reports incidents through Incident Reporting tool.
    • Facilitates and maintains Back Of House space for Omnichannel Services like Click & Collect and Ship from Store, maximizing efficiencies and service.
    • Owns and maintains stock room layout reflecting best practices and inventory performance.
    • Liaises with Assistant Store Manager - Back Of House and Operations to communicate inventory needs and provide feedback.
    • Supports receiving process for deliveries, collaborating with Assistant Store Manager - Back Of House and Operations to maximize resources.
    • Processes deliveries quickly and accurately, adhering to stock protection procedures.
    • Prepares merchandise for replenishment to ensure entire product offer is available on shop floor.
    • Ensures adequate supplies creating effective stockroom environment and maintains this within vicinity.
    • Supports HR processes for onboarding and offboarding Back Of House employees while ensuring all HR policies are adhered to.
    • Raises maintenance requests for Back Of House with Assistant Store Manager - Back Of House and Operations to secure timely completion.
  • Inventory:
    • Sustains inventory integrity within store through weekly cycle counts, efficiently reporting and adjusting inventory variances, and achieves shrinkage targets.
    • Scores within 90%-100% on internal Profit Protection audit checklist undertaken by Manager, Internal Control & Profit Protection.
    • Undertakes monthly House of Retail Level Up checklist and operates Back Of House at consistent
