Job Overview

We provide simulation training and critical operations support solutions to equip people in critical roles with the expertise to create a safer world.

This role involves supervising and performing preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices to ensure successful training events.

The ideal candidate will supervise supply support, including stock takes, parts ordering, shipping and receiving of parts, and act as shift leader ensuring safety of all technicians during supervisory shifts.

The point-of-contact for technical and maintenance enquiries during shifts, this role also acts as delegate for Maintenance Manager as directed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices.
  • Supervise supply support within the maintenance services.
  • Act as shift leader and be responsible for the safety of all technicians.
  • Be the point-of-contact for technical and maintenance enquiries.
  • Act as delegate for Maintenance Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for SECRET (NV1) level Defense security clearance.
  • Possession of a current SECRET (NV1) clearance is preferred.
