Job Role Overview:

  • Ensure patient requests regarding visitors are respected and adhered to.
  • Timely convey patient transfer, admission and discharge information to the Central Patient and Bed Manager.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance administration processes and clerical services.
  • Participate in an annual personal development review process.
