Key Support to Clinical Leadership

The role of an executive assistant is a crucial one, requiring a high level of professionalism and discretion.

As an executive assistant to the clinical director and co-director, you will provide confidential support services using your initiative and judgement.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the clinical leadership team by providing executive secretarial and administrative services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and movements on the hospital file tracking system.
  • Assist in gathering data and information and preparing reports for review.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to determine and organise priorities, plan appropriately and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in providing high-level confidential administrative support services to senior executives.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and with limited direction.
