ICT Infrastructure Manager

As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, secure, and high-performance ICT infrastructure.

Reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery, you'll oversee all IT infrastructure components, from servers and networks to end-user computing. Your key responsibilities include:

- Aligning IT strategies with business objectives.

- Staying ahead of innovative technologies for efficiency and security.

- Effectively managing technology partners and service providers.

- Maintaining uptime and performance across all components.

- Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting issues.

- Implementing security protocols and disaster recovery plans.

- Collaborating across departments for seamless operations.

Key qualifications for this role include:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (master's preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

- ITIL Foundation certification.

- Expertise in server, network, and security systems management.

- Strong understanding of IT security best practices.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
