Lead and Inspire a Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operational activities of Concierge Bookings and Front of House for functions and hospitality services.

The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory experience, with a drive to develop and motivate team members. They will be responsible for mentoring and supporting the team to become a high-performance unit that is accountable and delivers exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support team members to achieve outstanding customer service results
  • Facilitate teamwork, drive professional development, and implement collaborative initiatives
  • Develop and facilitate service-based processes, projects, and performance measures in alignment with Council values and objectives

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma course in Hospitality, Event Management, or other relevant discipline with some relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience, with a drive to develop and motivate team members
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of functions, customer service, and hospitality services, with a collaborative intent for continuous improvement
