We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Skechers Eastgardens team.

Our team will assist the manager, provide excellent customer service in stores, and sell our premium products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service while showcasing our premium products
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process high volumes of stock efficiently
  • Pick and pack click-and-collect orders accurately
  • Maintain store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning requirements
  • Foster a positive attitude at all times to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience

**Requirements for Success:**

  • Availability during peak periods, specifically weekends, late nights, and major holidays
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences
  • Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Effective listening and feedback skills
