Retail Christmas Sales Associate

ECCO DFO Homebush is looking for dedicated Retail Christmas Sales Associates to assist during our peak seasonal sales period in selling shoes and delivering a premium shopping experience for our customers.
Role: Retail Christmas Sales Associate – DFO Homebush
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium, fast-paced environment
- Uphold the quality of our brand and achieve sales of shoes and related products
- Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
- Process customer orders and returns, and maintain inventory according to standards
- General housekeeping and store tidiness
- Be available during blackout periods: 20–30 November 2025 and 11 December 2025 to 12 January 2026
- Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Commitment to exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills
- Growth mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Love of product knowledge and willingness to learn
- Flexibility with availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
