As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent primarily for Engineering and Product roles. You will define, design, and implement sourcing strategies, engaging top technical talent while scaling teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and attract exceptional Engineering talent
  • Uplift colleagues, share learnings, and play both leader and follower as necessary
  • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
  • Conduct phone screens, sourcing, and stakeholder conversations with ease
  • Tackle challenges systematically and data-drivenly

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on technical sourcing experience
  • Strong handle on sourcing platforms and ability to assess technical talent
  • Clear and confident communication with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
