Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Professional to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering innovative digital experiences. This pivotal role involves the implementation of a newly developed integrated digital experience platform (DXP) roadmap and the successful execution of RAS marketing objectives.

The key focus areas will be:

  • Designing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns that support high-profile events, competitions, and membership acquisition initiatives.
  • Capitalizing on opportunities to enhance efficiency, performance, and outcomes through data-driven decision making.
  • Developing revenue-generating programs and events through the expansion of existing digital channels.
  • Monetizing the SRES website and database by leveraging its scale and strategically evolving the digital marketing platform.
  • Positioning the RAS brand as salient and relevant throughout the calendar year, beyond the Easter period.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
  • 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles, with at least 2 years of team management and direction experience.
  • Proven expertise in DXP development.
  • Strong project management and people leadership skills.
  • Effective leadership and influencing abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with government bodies and associations is highly valued.
