Life Guarding and Customer Service Role

This role combines life guarding, reception and customer service tasks across a 7-day roster including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly, helpful customer service and handle conflicts with patrons in a calm and respectful way.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty.
  • Understand and use of point-of-sale systems with knowledge of club membership processes.
  • Work well as part of a team, follow policies and procedures, and support a positive workplace environment.
Requirements:
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Current Pool Lifeguard certificate

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
