Disputes Resolution Expert

As a seasoned disputes resolution expert, you will play a pivotal role in navigating complex commercial and contractual disputes. Your expertise will be invaluable in advising clients on strategic matters and ensuring their interests are represented effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing sound legal advice on commercial and contractual disputes
  • Managing large-scale regulatory inquiries and investigations
  • Developing and implementing compliance strategies to mitigate corporate crime risk
  • Advising on insolvency and reconstruction matters
  • Leading internal investigations and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Representing clients in judicial reviews of administrative actions
  • Coordinating responses to Royal Commissions/Commissions of Inquiry
  • Handling class actions and product liability claims
  • Providing taxation dispute resolution services
  • Offering risk and compliance advisory support
  • Facilitating arbitration proceedings
  • Managing projects disputes and insurance claims
