Disputes Associate Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to advise clients on complex disputes and investigations. The role requires strong commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory investigation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes, regulatory inquiries and investigations, corporate crime, insolvencies and reconstructions, internal investigations, judicial reviews of administrative actions, royal commissions, class actions, product liability and product recall, taxation disputes and investigations, risk and compliance advisory, arbitration, projects disputes, and insurance claims and advisory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and/or regulatory investigations, ideally from a leading firm.
  • Ability to effectively manage large matters.
  • Desire and ability to grow, both as a commercial litigator and leader.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
