Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and skilled individuals to fill casual positions as Foot Patrol Officers, Control Room Operators, and Concierge Security. These roles involve working on a 24/7 rotating roster and require a strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage control room operations, ensuring all systems are operational and secure.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, addressing client needs and inquiries with professionalism.
- Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain security and safety across the premises.
- Interact with the public and clients in a courteous and effective manner.
- Adhere to directives from management and work collaboratively within a team.
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Valid Victorian Security License – Control Room Endorsement is advantageous.
- Cert II in Security Operations (Or Higher).
- The ability to work a 24*7 rotating roster.
- Willingness to complete the NDIA Security check pack and AGSVA Defence NV1 pack.
- Previous experience in a control room environment.
- Experience in a concierge or reception role.
- Proficient with medium-level computer skills and software applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public and clients.
- Ability to follow instructions and incorporate feedback from management.
- Capability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service.
