The Registered Nurse Neurosurgery role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
As a Registered Nurse in our Neurosurgery Ward, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individual patients and the greater healthcare team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. A current experience in an acute hospital environment and clinical knowledge are also essential requirements for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current experience in an acute hospital environment with current clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
