Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Experience Leader to join our vibrant pan-asian hawker-style venue. As a people leader, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional service experience for patrons.

As a Service Experience Leader, you will be involved in all aspects of the venue's operations, including day-to-day running of the shift, opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, banking, training, developing the team, hiring staff, rostering, and assisting patrons.

Motivating, inspiring, and training your team will be at the forefront of your role, ensuring that every patron has an outstanding experience. With a passion for good food and creating the perfect atmosphere, you will guarantee that our guests leave feeling satisfied and impressed.

Experience working as a Service Experience Leader in reputable restaurants or pubs is essential, coupled with your passion for training, mentoring, and helping your team grow.

You will be part of a passionate, diverse, and friendly team culture who work cohesively as a close-knit unit and live and breathe hospitality.
