This role offers the opportunity to contribute your skills in transmission line design to a variety of high-profile projects. As a member of our design team, you will play a key part in developing safe and cost-effective solutions for the delivery of energy across Queensland.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Line Design Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering critical technical leadership, mentoring and project support across some of Queensland's most significant energy projects.

You will also lead transmission line layout design services, ensuring that all solutions are safe, compliant and meet the required standards. Additionally, you will take ownership of Powerlink's PLS-CADD platform, including training and mentoring staff, maintaining technical criteria and libraries, and advancing the use of software and LIDAR technology.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Brisbane, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
