**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Professional to join our Business Restructuring and Insolvency team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will manage key aspects of various formal appointments, working collaboratively with colleagues and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

  • Managing client engagements, ensuring appropriate controls and procedures are applied.
  • Conducting thorough investigations, identifying potential issues, and ensuring timely reporting.
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Drafting comprehensive reports for lenders, creditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Compiling complex information, drawing insightful conclusions, and formulating clear recommendations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the firm's restructuring capabilities.
  • Ensuring all working papers are meticulously maintained, accurate, and compliant.
