About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team at Feros Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, functionality, and user experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, and ensure that they are aligned with our business goals.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, and ensure that they are aligned with our business strategy.
  • Work with our development team to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a Computer Science, Business Analysis, or Business-related discipline.
  • Proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on Agile development methodologies and delivering business value.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior executives, work collaboratively with teams, and communicate new functionality to users.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Certification/accreditation in formal modelling techniques such as BPMN2.0.
  • Experience in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in the aged care sector with a deep understanding of the funding mechanisms, work practices, and regulations that govern the industry.
  • A passion for improving the well-being of aged Australians and a commitment to delivering exceptional services that make a positive impact on their lives.
