Head of Learning Enrichment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to join our team as the Head of Learning Enrichment at St Stephen's School - Duncraig Campus. This is a newly created role that will play a critical part in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
About the RoleThe Head of Learning Enrichment will lead a team of specialist teachers and support staff to provide high-quality learning experiences for students with diverse needs. This will involve developing and implementing tailored programs, working closely with classroom teachers, and collaborating with parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of specialist teachers and support staff to provide learning support and extension programs for students
- Develop and implement tailored programs to meet the diverse needs of students
- Work closely with classroom teachers to ensure seamless integration of learning support and extension programs
- Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning support and extension programs
- Appropriate teaching qualifications and current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA)
- Qualifications specialising in Gifted Education, Special Education, or Inclusive Education (preferred)
- Leadership experience in an inclusive education context
- Strong staff management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with staff and parents
