Job Overview

The role of a mental health clinician involves providing psychological support services to young people in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver high-quality therapeutic services that focus on recovery and individual strengths.
  • Collaborate with the headspace intake team and other clinicians to provide comprehensive support services for young people.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of young people prior to referral to our mental health professionals.
Requirements
  • Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists and Nurses must be registered with AHPRA.
  • Social Workers must hold Mental Health Accreditation with AASW.
  • Occupational Therapists require Better Access to Mental Health endorsement from OT Australia.
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain one.
  • Recent National Police Check conducted within the last three months.

Establish positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
