Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will provide personal care and household support to our clients in their homes and into the community. This includes assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, and hygiene needs, as well as supporting clients with assistive technology and preparing meals.

You will also be responsible for transporting clients to appointments and activities, following and adhering to Positive Behaviour Support Plans for individuals, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Personal Care: Ability to provide personal care including showering assistance, dressing assistance and hygiene needs
  • Domestic Tasks: Ability to assist with domestic tasks and household chores
  • Assistive Technology: Ability to support clients with assistive technology and prepare meals
  • Transportation: Ability to transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Positive Behaviour Support: Ability to follow and adhere to Positive Behaviour Support Plans for individuals
