**Job Overview:**

Accord Security is seeking reliable and professional security officers to support the protection of clients' premises, personnel, and guests. This role involves regular patrols of assigned locations, addressing security issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment through alertness and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine patrols to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and potential safety risks.
  • Operate and monitor surveillance systems, responding quickly to alarms or unusual activity.
  • Accurately log daily activities and report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious behaviour.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff and visitors while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Liaise with emergency services during incidents requiring external response.

Requirements:

  • Keen observational skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Remains composed and effective under pressure, especially in emergency situations.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended durations.
  • Holds a current and valid security officer license as required by local regulations.
  • Willingsness to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
