Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to ongoing professional learning and growth opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions to share best practices, address challenges, and align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting children's social, emotional, and academic growth.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood or Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Up-to-date compliance certificates (e.g., WWCC/WWVP)
  • Experience working with children with additional needs and a passion for creating inclusive environments
