Job Title: SCO Prevention Lead – OmniStudio

Location: Geelong (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite/week)

Type: Contract (Extension Possible)

Overview:

We're hiring a seasoned OmniStudio Technical Lead to lead architecture and development for a key SCO Prevention project. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, expert-level OmniStudio knowledge, and the ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture and implementation using Salesforce OmniStudio.
  • Work with stakeholders to align technical design with business goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide technical delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing OmniStudio processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation and report progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce integrations and architecture.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Geelong 1–2 days per week.

Desirable:

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience in public sector or compliance-focused projects.
