This is a pivotal role for an experienced childcare professional seeking to elevate their career.
As someone with operations, centre director, coordinator or management background, you are poised to drive outcomes and support our teams in delivering exceptional programs in your region.
You will be responsible for 13 services and report directly to a seasoned operations manager. Our organization is dedicated to investing in your growth and career to deliver outstanding results in your role.

In this new role, you will lead and enhance embedded practice across your services, implement our framework for programming, safety, quality, and compliance, and coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge cascading.
You will also be accountable for rostering, financial management, community engagement, critical reflection, and planning to support improvements in child outcomes in service.
We require previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry and strong knowledge of industry processes, regulations, and our internal policies and procedures.
