The role of Executive Support Officer is to provide professional secretarial and administrative services and support to senior/executive level staff. This includes coordinating tasks, preparing documents, and maintaining confidential information.

This position involves providing key operational support and coordination in areas such as administration, organizational functions, and events. A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism is required at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of providing strong administrative and secretariat support at a senior/executive level
  • Demonstrated experience in taking minutes and recording meetings
  • Highly developed written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Other Requirements:

It is essential that you:

  • Have an unrestricted WA C-Class Driver's Licence
  • Are able to submit a National Police Clearance dated within 3 months prior to appointment
