About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Mackay Electrical Services operation in Queensland. The successful candidate will have a strong service-oriented mindset, excellent time management skills, and relevant experience working in high-voltage environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and maintain electrical equipment
  • Perform panel and PLC wiring
  • Install HV switchgear and components
  • Overhaul and inspect Ex d equipment
  • Conduct transformer overhauls

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent
  • Electrical Trade Certificate
  • High voltage and/or electrical mining machinery experience
  • Experience working in a high-risk environment
