About the Role

The Property Services Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the Construction Business Partner in delivering capital works programs across all areas of Lifeblood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects in multi-disciplined teams, with a focus on operationally live resource-constrained environments.
  • Develop, implement, and manage change plans, with a proven track record of success.
  • Provide oversight of project activity, including budget-cost reconciliation, PCG, scoping, and scheduling.
  • Identify and manage risk, ensuring compliance with TGA Audit Requirements.
  • Prepare and present project progress to relevant stakeholder groups and committees.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project and change management, with a strong understanding of capital expenditure reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and consultation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of building compliance and council regulation, with a focus on workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Detailed understanding of Lifeblood operational needs, including TGA compliance and cGMP.
