A construction leadership position is available to support the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams and act as deputy to the program management team, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
- Contribute to design reviews, constructability assessments, and claims/assessments.
- Support business growth initiatives and program development.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ required or eligible to obtain).
- At least 15 years' experience delivering complex civil infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to transportation authorities.
- Proven project leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Generalist approach with experience across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Ability to support program delivery across complex projects.
