Regional Operations Manager Role

This role is responsible for leading and managing Service Delivery Teams in a designated region. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring operational and financial performance, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in either an office setting or remotely from home, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement while contributing to a vital cause.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Service Delivery Teams to meet legislative and contractual requirements.
  • Support team growth and provide guidance on complex cases.
  • Oversee systems, processes, and service quality improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with government agencies, service providers, and community groups.
  • Ensure service effectiveness.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Services or relevant field.
  • Experience managing programs for vulnerable people.
