  • Key responsibilities also include creating documentation that supports interfacing with the production facility, ensuring seamless integration.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Preparing equipment models, layouts, drawings and analysis to ensure project success.
  2. Creating documentation that supports interfacing with the production facility, ensuring seamless integration.
  3. Contributing to the management of design documentation, including configuration and updates.
  4. Supporting Acceptance Testing activities, including Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test, Set to Work First Article Inspections.
  5. Preparing test reports, project documentation, production baselines and supplier technical data packs to meet project requirements.
  6. Developing processes for conducting engineering activities, including Acceptance Tests.
  7. Assisting in Root Cause Analysis for Non-Conforming products to ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Supporting product Safety Assessments to guarantee the safety of our products.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications is essential.
  • CAD systems such as SolidWorks would be beneficial.
  • Experience in a similar role in a defence environment would be advantageous.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance is required.
