Job Title: Creative Lead

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading the development of creative concepts and campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive business growth and engagement
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure high-quality visual content
  • Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior design role within a medium-large organization
  • Proven commercial experience in creative concept development for campaigns and marketing material
  • Expert capabilities at translating and developing ideas from a brief
  • Passion for creative design coupled with high awareness of design trends and industry best practice
