Job Title: Project Manager

City Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Gather user requirements through interviews, workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
  • Determine the scope and parameters of requirements analysis for each project to establish impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for all business levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prepare and submit budget proposals, recommending adjustments as necessary.
  • Develop & present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
  • Certification in PMP, Prince2, or Agile methodologies.
  • CBAP certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in business and technical requirement analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
  • Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Solid understanding of product management and market positioning.
  • Familiarity with application development and the software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Full Australian working rights and current police check.
