Corporate Account Director is a key role in our organization that requires a seasoned professional to lead the growth strategy and work directly with strategic clients to create bespoke underwriting solutions.

This position plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our business, and we are looking for someone who can drive success and make a lasting impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the full client journey, from initial underwriting through to renewals and adjustments.

  • Client Engagement: Take charge of the entire policy lifecycle for corporate accounts, working closely with Regional Managers, Client & Broker Engagement teams, and Risk Solution specialists to develop holistic approaches.
  • Solution Development: Leverage our Risk Solutions function to provide comprehensive protection strategies that address clients' unique challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Build influential relationships with stakeholders across different organisation levels, teams, and functions.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute targeted business development plans to identify and convert new corporate opportunities while maximizing renewal retention.
  • Underwriting Excellence: Collaborate with our Product & Underwriting team to ensure excellence in underwriting referrals and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Established relationships in the broker market, particularly in core sectors.
  • Excel at stakeholder management across different organisation levels, teams, and functions.
  • Skilled at identifying promising prospects and converting them through technical expertise and relationship skills.
  • Skilled at coordinating risk surveys and implementing risk requirements.
  • Comfortable balancing client needs with strong underwriting principles.
  • Share our passion for care, education, and faith sectors.
  • Have a proven track record of profitable growth in underwriting or corporate broking.
