Job Title

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our global markets team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our team works closely with clients to provide technical expertise and innovative solutions in securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance.

Our ideal candidate will have strong technical and drafting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of capital markets transactions and providing technical drafting and transactional support within a global markets team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working across securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance as part of a global markets team.
  • Supporting the execution of capital markets transactions and providing technical drafting and transactional support.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and respond effectively to client requirements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our global network on complex deals.
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to knowledge sharing.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of legal experience in general finance, securitisation, structured finance or debt capital markets in a firm environment.
  • Strong technical and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial approach and strong negotiation skills.
  • The ability to guide and mentor junior lawyers.
