Global Markets Lawyer Job Opportunity

Our global law firm offers a unique chance to work in a leading capital markets practice, covering debt, equity, securitisation, derivatives, and structured finance. As part of our integrated finance transactions group, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across our global network on complex deals.

We are seeking lawyers at the Lawyer and Senior Associate level to join our Global Markets team, working across securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives, and structured finance. A full job description including responsibilities can be found on our careers page.

Responsibilities
  • Work across securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives, and structured finance as part of a global markets team.
  • Support execution of capital markets transactions and provide technical drafting and transactional support within a team of lawyers.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and respond effectively to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across our global network on complex deals.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of legal experience in general finance, securitisation, structured finance, or debt capital markets in a firm environment.
  • Strong technical and drafting skills.
  • Client-facing experience and ability to understand and respond to client needs.
  • Commercial approach and strong negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative attitude to working within large teams and with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior lawyers.
