About Us

This is an entry-level contract with immediate start and fixed term duration. You will be part of a team that works hard, no-nonsense, and passionate about quality.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Packing orders for dispatch
  • Preparing customer packs and gaining roasting fundamentals (training and support provided)
  • Driving deliveries to customers across Sydney, ensuring efficient logistics and safe handling
  • Maintaining high hygiene standards in the roastery and warehouse
  • Supporting daily operations to meet production deadlines and maintain high standards

You will also gain insights into coffee production and develop your coffee knowledge.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to build a career in an operations-led environment.

Key skills include:

  • A friendly manner and good communication
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems
  • A valid driver's license (forklift license is a plus)
  • Warehouse or coffee experience is beneficial
