About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality support and making a positive impact on the lives of others. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals.

You may assist clients with various tasks such as:

  • Personal care
  • Household chores and grocery shopping
  • Medication management and medical appointments
  • Holidays, fishing, camping, and beach activities
  • Social inclusion and community access
  • Fitness and wellbeing activities
  • Development of independent living skills
  • Implementation of behaviour management strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
  • An NDIS Worker Screening (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
  • A Driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Completed NDIS E-Learning modules
  • A Smartphone with internet access
