Job Title: Care Partner

Ongoing learning and development are crucial for delivering high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, including household chores and grocery shopping.
  • Assist with medication management and accompany clients to medical appointments as needed.
  • Foster social inclusion by organizing activities like outings, holidays, fishing trips, camping excursions, and beach visits.
  • Help develop independent living skills in clients through personalized coaching and training.
  • Implement behavior management strategies when necessary to ensure a safe environment.
  • Provide personal care and emotional support to clients.
Work Environment:

We operate 24/7 programs, which may include shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and awake shifts. We prioritize flexibility and offer a casual roster to promote work-life balance.

Requirements:
  • Hold or be eligible for a Blue Card for Working with Children.
  • Currently hold or be eligible for NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Possess a driver's license and own a vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Complete NDIS E-Learning modules to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Have access to a smartphone with internet capabilities.
