Visual Production Lead

This role requires a proactive and creative leader to oversee the art department in live-action productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to interpret and translate scripts into actionable visual requirements.

Team Management & Collaboration:

Production Oversight:

  • Oversee budgeting and scheduling of art department tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines.

  • Supervise art department activities during shoot days, maintaining high standards for sets and props.

Problem Solving & Innovation:

  • Address challenges related to design, construction, or logistics, proposing innovative solutions that maintain artistic integrity.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance the art department's capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior art department role within live-action production.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across departments.

  • Solid understanding of production processes from pre-production planning to on-set execution.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and quality.

  • Proficiency in design software relevant to set and prop design.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to fast-paced content creation.
