About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Communications, Events & Franchise Marketing team. This role is responsible for planning and building the Mortgage Choice client engagement program.

You will work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to achieve this goal. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Lifecycle Marketing Manager in building and sending email campaigns using Hubspot, both at a Group Office level and to enable brokers to send their own marketing emails.
  • Coordinating stakeholder sign off and final approvals of campaigns.
  • Working closely with the News and Content team to brief in and deliver articles that drive audience growth and visits to the Mortgage Choice news site.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. marketing, business)
  • 3+ years experience in a CRM or communications role. Franchise network experience desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must with a passion for delivering quality content aligned to audience needs.
