The ideal candidate will have strong musculoskeletal skills and experience in providing early intervention Physiotherapy, injury management support, and proactive injury prevention projects for clients and their workforce.

About the Role

  • Provide early intervention Physiotherapy to assess and treat injuries before they progress to chronic conditions
  • Conduct workplace assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to prevent injuries
  • Develop and implement injury prevention plans using our custom-built software
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, workers, and site leaders to improve health and safety culture
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement occupational health solutions

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 1-year musculoskeletal experience
  • Physiotherapy degree and current full AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders and workers
  • A committed and flexible attitude to the job
  • The ability to work independently and as part of the team
