About Our Glass and Glazing Apprenticeship

Job Description:

  • Manufacture shower screens, mirrors, and robe doors in a fast-paced factory setting
  • Assemble commercial frames and doors with attention to detail
  • Manage incoming and outgoing products through the busy factory floor
  • Evaluate all products before installation to ensure accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A positive 'can-do' attitude is essential for success in this role
  • Minimum of Year 10 Maths or equivalent qualification required
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for daily tasks
  • Great attention to detail is crucial for quality control
  • An unrestricted manual driver's licence (MR licence preferred) is required for job-related travel
  • Previous full-time work experience is beneficial for this apprenticeship
  • Good physical health and fitness to lift heavy products are necessary for the job
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with flexibility as needed
  • Ability to take directions from qualified staff and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, developing and maintaining positive relationships
