Clinical Senior Podiatrist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Senior Podiatrist to join our team at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical and consultancy services to our patients, particularly in rural and remote settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide complex clinical and consultancy services to patients, including community engagement and client-centred practice.
- Lead and mentor less experienced Podiatrists, promoting professional development and excellence in practice.
- Contribute to quality improvement, evaluation, and research initiatives, driving best practices in Podiatry.
- Develop and maintain expertise in your area, representing the network on relevant committees and managing key projects.
We are looking for a candidate with:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Experience in community engagement, client-centred practice, and cultural competency.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Knowledge of and commitment to the network's values, strategic directions, and priorities.Requirements- Recognised qualification in Podiatry.
- Current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
- Eligibility for membership of the Podiatry Association.
- Previous leadership experience in service development, research, and evaluation.
- Experience in providing advice, clinical supervision, and clinical education to less experienced staff and students.
