Job Title: Facility Service Technician Senior

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes maintaining accurate records and cost computations, managing inventory, recommending purchases to support efficient operations, assigning tasks, overseeing contractors, and training technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and cost computations for work performed.
  • Manage inventory and recommend purchases to support efficient operations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing boiler equipment maintenance programs.
  • Assign tasks, oversee contractors, and train technicians to ensure high-quality results.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations to minimize downtime.
  • Lead preparations for State Boiler Inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support plant operations as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Local travel required to access equipment and facilities.
  • Foster a culture of safety by following policies and participating in quality initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED; relevant experience or education equivalent.
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in maintenance or trade school certification; hospital plant experience preferred.
  • Licensure: Valid driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record.
