","We are seeking a detail-orientated, reliable, and motivated individual to join our operations team to support our activities and ensure seamless client engagement and compliance.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the business data systems are updated and accurate, and there is a seamless and compliant experience for our investor clients.
","Key Responsibilities:","- Support new client onboarding by collecting, verifying, and processing investor documentation.
- Guide investor clients throughout the application process and ensure all forms are completed accurately.
- Conduct and document Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.
You will serve as a key contact for clients throughout the investment process, providing prompt and professional communications across phone, email, and meetings.
","Required Skills and Qualifications:","- No prior lending experience required, but a genuine interest in financial services is essential.
- Prior experience in a customer service, finance, IT data systems, legal, or office administration role is advantageous.
- Finance, Business and/or IT related degree preferable.
