**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to oversee and supervise daily operations, support and develop a team to ensure outstanding service is provided to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations.
  • Support and develop the team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with senior management to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success.
  • Coach and develop team members; promote genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
  • Provide a safe working environment for all staff and customers.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

About You

  • Have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and work ethic.
  • Able to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Ideal candidate would have mechanical or automotive parts knowledge.
  • Flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Physically capable of performing the duties of the role.
