As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a key role in driving membership growth and retention by inspiring prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us.

Your primary objective is to generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identify new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, as well as creating personalized member journeys via positive interactions.

You will work closely with our team to ensure successful outcomes to enquiries and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively contribute to sales growth through effective sales promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member experiences through personalized and positive interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
