Your Role

Daily Responsibilities

As a Home Support Worker, your day may involve:

  • Assisting clients with morning routines and evening preparations

  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized home environment
  • Providing companionship and encouraging engagement in hobbies and interests

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, preferably with experience in the health or aged care sectors. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A nurturing and empathetic demeanor
  • The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • A proactive and positive mindset
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • A valid driver's license
  • Access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualifications
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
